  • .5 oz Carpano Antica vermouth

  • .5 oz clarified strawberry cordial

  • .25 oz Aveze gentian liqueur

  • 1 tsp Peychaud's bitters

  • 600g strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
  • 600g sugar
  • 1200g water
  • 12g citric acid
  • 6g malic acid
  • Cold infused for 1 week
  • Strain, filter, and add .2% pectinex spl. Centrifuge
