  • 1 oz mint infused rye*

  • 0.5 oz mint infused cognac**

  • 0.5 oz 5 year doce madeira

  • 0.5 oz black currant syrup***

  • 0.75 oz lemon

  • 0.25 oz crème de cassis

  • Garnished with mint bouquet and blackberry powder

*mint infused rye

  • 1000ml 100 proof rye
  • 60g mint

**mint infused cognac

  • ^^^ same as rye, just use cognac!

***black currant syrup

  • 1000g black current purée
  • 750g sugar
  • 500g water
