Recipe

  • 2250ml green chartreuse

  • 1200ml lime gin*

  • 1200ml dolin genepy

  • 1600ml Jack Rudy tonic

  • 700ml 20% malic acid solution

  • 8000ml water

  • 2000g crushed ice

  • It’s all added to a 5 gallon keg, forced carbonated, and poured on our beer system.

70g lime zest Infuse at room temperature for 30 minutes. Strain and filter.
