2250ml green chartreuse
1200ml lime gin*
1200ml dolin genepy
1600ml Jack Rudy tonic
700ml 20% malic acid solution
8000ml water
2000g crushed ice
It’s all added to a 5 gallon keg, forced carbonated, and poured on our beer system.
70g lime zest Infuse at room temperature for 30 minutes. Strain and filter.
