Recipe

  • 1.5 oz greenhook american dry gin

  • 1 oz raspberry infused blanc vermouth*

  • 0.5 oz raspberry infused dry vermouth

  • 0.25 oz himbeergeist

  • 2x dropper elixir végétal de la grande-chartreuse

  • 3 drops citric acid solution

  • Garnished with flowers from the garden/patio

*Raspberry Vermouth (same for blanc and dry)

  • 400 grams raspberries
  • 750ml vermouth
  • sous vide 140F for 2 hours. Rest overnight in the cooler
  • gently strain through filter and strainer
