  • 1.5 oz Probitas blended white rum

  • 1.5 oz C. Comoz blanc vermouth

  • 1 tsp Pierre Ferrand dry curacao

  • 1 tsp fresh grenadine*

  • 5 drops salt solution**

  • 5 drops citric acid solution***

*Fresh Grenadine

  • 1000g fresh pomegranate juice
  • 1000g sugar
  • 40g pomegranate molasses
  • 40g apple brandy
  • 4g orange blossom water
  • Blend cold until dissolved

**Salt solution

  • 100g Maldon Salt
  • 500g water

***Citric acid solution

  • 100g citric acid
  • 500g water
