0.5 oz pineapple juice
0.5 oz cilantro syrup*
0.5 oz lime juice
0.25 oz passionfruit juice
0.25 oz suze
- Blanch and cilantro leaves for exactly 10 seconds and immediately shock in an ice water bath.
- Blend with super cold ice water for 30 seconds. Strain and weigh liquid.
- Add equal parts sugar and blend until dissolved.
