Recipe

  • 1.5 oz london dry gin

  • 0.5 oz pineapple juice

  • 0.5 oz cilantro syrup*

  • 0.5 oz lime juice

  • 0.25 oz passionfruit juice

  • 0.25 oz suze

Cilantro Syrup:

  • 100% OF THE RECIPE MAKES LIKE 1.5L. MAKE LIKE 25%
  • 100g cilantro leaves
  • 1000g Frigidly cold ice water
- Blanch and cilantro leaves for exactly 10 seconds and immediately shock in an ice water bath.
- Blend with super cold ice water for 30 seconds. Strain and weigh liquid.
- Add equal parts sugar and blend until dissolved.
