Recipe

  • 2 oz london dry gin infused with garden herbs*

  • 0.75 oz lime

  • 0.5 oz cucumber

  • 0.25 oz Martinique cane syrup

  • 5 drops salt solution

  • Garnished with mint oil

*Garden Herb Gin

  • 60 Grams of mixed herbs per liter of gin (We used hyssop, basil, and lemon balm)
  • Infuse @140F for 2 hours. Immediately ice bath and strain.
