Recipe

  • 1.5 oz Hatozaki Japanese whisky @hatozakiwhisky

  • 1 oz Cap Corse Blanc @capmattei

  • 0.75 oz Honeysuckle cordial *

  • 1 tsp Pear Brandy @stgeorgespirits

*Honeysuckle Cordial

  • 100g Honeysuckle Blossoms
  • 500g Sugar
  • 2000g Water
  • 10g Ascorbic Acid
  • Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl on top of a pot of boiling water. Simmer for 30 minutes until the liquid is slightly steaming and sugar is dissolved.
  • Chill and cold infuse for 48 hours. Strain through a conical sieve and add .2% orange blossom water to the weight of cordial.
