Recipe

  • 1.5 oz uruapan charanda blanco

  • 0.75 oz mutsu apple cordial*

  • 0.5 oz dampfwerk apple eau de vie

  • 0.5 oz lime

  • 0.25 oz 2:1 sugar syrup

  • Garnished with mint oil

*mutsu apple cordial

  • 100% clarified mutsu apple juice
  • 25% sugar
  • 10% apple eau de vie
  • 2% malic acid

Mint oil

  • blanch and shock mint leaves.
  • Dry well.
  • Blend on high speed with 2 parts neutral oil by weight.
  • Strain and filter.
