1.5 oz mezcal
1.5 oz guava nectar*
0.5 oz lime
0.5 oz falernum
Tsp 1:1 sugar syrup
*Guava nectar
- 500 g peeled and roughly chopped white guava
- 1000 g water
- 250 g 2:1 sugar syrup
- 50 g citric acid solution (1 part citric/5 parts water)
- blend all ingredients on high and pass through a strainer
