Recipe

  • 1.5 oz mezcal

  • 1.5 oz guava nectar*

  • 0.5 oz lime

  • 0.5 oz falernum

  • Tsp 1:1 sugar syrup

*Guava nectar

  • 500 g peeled and roughly chopped white guava
  • 1000 g water
  • 250 g 2:1 sugar syrup
  • 50 g citric acid solution (1 part citric/5 parts water)
  • blend all ingredients on high and pass through a strainer
