Recipe

  • 2 oz murrell's row gin gin

  • 0.5 oz dolin dry vermouth

  • .5 oz cocchi americano

  • 2 dashes of KH orange bitters*

  • Stir until ice cold and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with 8 drops of Green Chartreuse and serve with the lemon peel and olives on the side.

*Kimball House orange bitters

  • 1500ml navy strength gin
  • 200ml cane syrup
  • 125g orange peel, juilienned
  • 175g orange peel w/pith, julienned
  • 125g orange zest
  • 14g juniper berry
  • 8g lavender
  • 8g clove
  • 14g coriander
  • 8g allspice
  • 8g cardamom
  • 14g gentian root
