Recipe

  • 1.5 oz arette blanco tequila

  • 0.75 oz mango cordial*

  • 0.5 oz j.f. hayden's mango liqueur

  • 0.5 oz lemon juice

  • 0.25 oz mango vinegar

  • 4 dashes juniper tincture

*mango cordial

  • 1000g mango, chopped
  • 1500g 1:1 sugar syrup
  • 10g citric acid
  • It's blended at 25% power for 30 seconds, compressed in a vac machine, and infused overnight and then strained.
