Recipe

  • 1.5 oz mezcal

  • 1 oz seasoned watermelon juice*

  • 0.75 oz lime juice

  • 0.5 oz pineapple juice

  • 0.5 oz campari

  • 0.25 oz 2:1 simple syrup

  • 5 drops green coriander tincture**

*Seasoned Watermelon Juice

  • 1000g watermelon juice
  • 100g 2:1 simple
  • 60g ascorbic acid
  • 20g salt
  • Blend to combine

**Green Coriander Tincture

  • 5:1 Navy Strength gin to green coriander (ex. 500g gin/ 100g green coriander)
  • 140F 2 hours. infuse overnight. Strain
