Recipe

  • 45g mint leaves

  • 750ml Suntory Toki Japanese Whiskey

Directions

  • Put the whisky in the freezer until very cold to prevent quick oxidization of the herbs.
  • Puree on high and pass through a strainer.
  • Run for 15 minutes @4000 Rpm.
  • Filter, bottle and keep in the fridge until you’re ready to use it.
