Recipe

  • 1.5 oz dry gin

  • 0.75 oz rhubarb cordial*

  • 0.5 oz lime

  • 0.5 oz bordiga aperitivo

  • 0.25 oz raspberry eau de vie

*Rhubarb Cordial

  • 1000 g “rhubarb juice”**
  • 500 g sugar
  • 10 g malic acid

** Rhubarb Juice

Purée equal parts rhubarb and water. Pass through a fine mesh strainer. Centrifuge or pass through fine filter.
