  • 1500ml clarified grapefruit juice

  • 500ml recomposed lime

  • 375ml 1:1 sugar syrup

  • 2000g pebble ice

  • 7000ml water

  • forced carbonated at 45-50 psi for at least 24 hours

  • 2000ml jack rudy tonic syrup
  • 200g julienned grapefruit peel
