Recipe

  • 2oz 100 proof bourbon (smoked w/ applewood)

  • 0.75 oz lemon

  • 0.5 oz amber maple syrup

  • 0.25 oz biggalet thyme liqueur

  • 2x dropper sassafras tincture*

Sassafras Tincture:

  • 100g sassafras root bark
  • 500g overproof demerara rum
  • 140 F for 2 hours
