  • 0.25 oz recomposed lime**

  • regal stir w/ lime peel

  • 1000g jm martinique sirup de canne
  • 500g neisson rhum agricole blanc
  • 500g lime hydrosol
  • 20g lime peel
  • vacuum seal and infuse for 1 hour at room temp

recomposed lime (by remy savage)

  • 500g lime hydrosol
  • 20g citric acid
  • 8g malic acid
  • 2g ascorbic acid
  • .5g salt
