Recipe

  • 0.25 tsp xanthan gum per drink

  • 1-1.5 cup crushed ice per drink (maybe use less)

Steps

  • Dry blend everything but xanthan on low (if using not-liquid syrup)
  • Dry blend everything w/ xanthan
  • Blend! 4-10-2-7

  • Use in pina colada
